Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

Most are. Hand-wash is gentler on the glaze long-term. Microwave not recommended for hand-painted pieces.

Why does mine look different from the photo?

Because no two are alike. Each piece is pinched and glazed by hand, so colors, shapes, and proportions vary slightly. That's the point.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Email hello@alwaysnoplan.com with your shop name and we'll send the lookbook.

Can I commission a custom piece?

Sometimes. Reach out with your idea — we'll let you know if it fits the studio's schedule.

How is it packed?

Wrapped in recycled tissue and shredded paper, double-boxed for ceramics. We avoid plastic where possible.
