Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-refundable items

Custom orders, final-sale items, and items damaged through misuse cannot be refunded.

Damaged in transit

Email hello@alwaysnoplan.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund.
